Abstract. The article analyzes the processes of digital transformation in the banking system of Uzbekistan and their impact on financial stability. Based on statistical data for the period 2015–2024, the relationship between the introduction of digital services and bank performance was studied through regression analysis. The results show that the digital transformation index has grown significantly, positively affecting the Z-score of banks and the level of capital adequacy. At the same time, it was found that the digitalization of financial services increases the efficiency of service provision, reduces risks, and strengthens the overall stability of the banking system. The study identified the development of digital infrastructure, state policy, and IT investments as the main factors of changes in the banking sector. However, the relevance of regional digital disparities and cybersecurity problems was emphasized, and proposals were developed to eliminate them. This article helps banking professionals and politicians understand the practical importance of digital transformation and create a scientific basis for making strategic decisions.
